Why does Canada let in people who suck up to communist human-rights violators, instead of pro-democracy ones?

careful, I did not say those who committed the human rights offenses, I said those who speak in defence of their govt for doing so, or for denying that its happening...Germans aren't allowed to deny the reality of the holocaust, but Chinese deny their govt activities

People who committed human rights violations must be denied admission at the point of entries because they can commit the same offenses in Canada.

Maybe because Human rights are more important than democracy.

Something USA seems to not care about. All they care about is democracy - so they FORCE it on everyone else. Thats not democracy. Thats called facism.
