Don't tell me the usual stuff. I know all that. Only respond if you have a UNIQUE idea! Thanks.

t_maia20, in the USA, those are referred to as 'anchor babies'! However I can't get a girl pregnant since I'm female, too :) And I am unable to get pregnant myself. So forget the 'anchor baby' scheme!

Find someone with an EU passport who looks like you, kill them and take over their personal identity.
Ask around cautiously for a good local passport forger.
Marry someone with EU citizenship.
Move to EU, get through the various hoops to get residency then citizenship, then get an EU passport.

I too am an American and I have been living in Europe since 1979. I have been told that since I am married to a Dutch man, I am entitled to a Dutch passport but have yet to check this out. I have a Belgian identity card but that is definitely NOT the same thing as a passport!
As far as I otherwise know, there is no way an American can get a passport in the European Union. (There is no such thing as an EU passport, just passports for each of the EU member countries.)
There was a time when, if you could show an Irish ancestor (as far back as a grandparent), you could get an Irish passport (I know an American who did this). But those days are long over.
You might be able to get a work permit for a particular country or countries if you have a highly marketable talent or speak an unusual combination of languages (not the routine English, French, German, for example!).
Good luck!

Find a female EU citizen, get her pregnant and then raise the child. Since the child is EU citizen, you will be entitled to a residency permit in the EU. After a certain period of time you can apply for citizenship and then passport.

I admit though, thousand of African immigrants living in Europe already have had the same idea. (Which is why a woman can't trust an African man who says he has got condom....)

If you have dual-citizenship like I do you just need to contact the embassy in Washington of the European country you are a citizen of. If not you'll have to do this.
