Try local thrift stores-I've found them for under $5. Also, you may want to get the tan Boy Scout shirt (if your son is a Webelos he can wear the tan) get it bigat least a medium adult-he'll wear it through high school.

You could also try craigslist or just buy one from your council. If it's too far, they can order it and have it sent to you.
