eye contact a smile and a hello to start a conversation --- flirting does not work with me as i have no idea if the lady is seriously interested or just flirting ---- have fun

What i do is just flirt. First be his friend. Then joke with him. Act dumb in a way. Laugh at everything. Just dont be afraid to do anything really.

Just being yourself, and doing a little bit of flirting but not overdoing it.... Asking him to hang out with you.... Take it easy, don't rush it....
