don't you think american dad is a rip off of family guy?

even though it was partly made by the same creator..... its still stupid to have both i reckon. family guy is way better.

Yep. And Family Guy is a rip off of the Simpsons. I remember one episode of the Simpsons when they referred to both shows (Family Guy and American Dad) as 'plagiarists' (it was in Italian or something) lol
