wow I am glad to read all the responses that said they pray! God bless.
Emma C that is the same pray that my mom taught me and my sister when we were little and we all said it together before we went off to bed.
I go to the bath room, take off my glasses, make sure my lap top is turned off ( I sometimes leave it on by mistake), turn off my light and pray

pray 4 a good night sleep and 4 a good next day and an occasional snow day!!!but yeah i pray and wash my face 2 take the make^ off and brush my teeth

i go to the restroom then turn off all lights, set my radio low and then get in bed for a good night

Make love to my partner over the phone if he's way, on person if he's with me.
Oh, well these things often(not always, though) happen "into" bed...not before.
