We are PCS'ing Feb.1st to England from the USA, and since we just arranged everything to be sent within 2 weeks, we know the shipment will be 1 month late getting there. Since I am almost 5 months pregnant I want the unaccompined (hold baggage) to have the carseat and bassinet just in case. Will they alow that so I don't have to wait for it?

You should be able to ship it in there w/o a problem. Are they in their original boxes, if not and you still have them, put them in there.

Also have a box marked "OPEN FIRST", in there put a pot or two, can opener, some plastic or paper plates, cutlery, wooden spoon, spatula, napkins, Remote controls, and whatever else you think you will need. Also pack towels, sheets, air mattresses, pump, surge protectors, small TV, DVD player, DVD's, pillows, blankets. other baby things, books, etc.. in your unaccompanied. Put all of this in one closet if possible or one room, that way when they come to do it, you can just say everything in here.

You should also consider buying some diapers in various sizes and have them packed with your regular HHG. This way you are covered in case the stores there don't have the kind you want to use.
