should it be top priority in a new relationship if we are not considering intercourse right away?
and is fingering considered just another way to say intercourse or just another name for it without getting pregnant? how may people oppose of it and should it be practiced as safe sex when my guy thoroughly washes his hands so we are protected.
more safe than sorry, but as a new couple we will be eventually having sex, just not right away. we want to be very careful and very safe.

Interesting topic but not really expressed openly that much. It is always nice as any relationship grows to express feelings of desire in different forms other then kissing. Feeling each-other up and letting him finger you is about one of the safest forms of sex. You cant get pregnant from his finger and you both get to enjoy it and hopefully you will ***. Smiles i do like the wash his hands and make sure hes clean, that might not always be the case but as long as you trust each other you can enjoy it. As a new couple you will start there and he might try oral on you and you one him until it grows to the real sex sex. But either way enjoy and be safe

If you're not considering sex with him, then you shouldn't let him touch you in a sexual way. It will only make him want more and pressure you into sex anyway.
It's masturbating. Even if it's not your fingers but his. If his hands are not clean or his fingersnails cut you, you'll bleed inside your vagina until your healed.
