Why? Those aren't religious! Everyone can celebrate Christmas - even if they don't believe in Jesus.
It would have made more sense to me if you had asked if atheists should sing "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing" or if Christians should sing "Winter Wonderland"
(My answer still goes along with, "Sure, sing whatever you want and are comfortable with!")

That seems like a ridiculous question. It wouldn't even be wrong for them to sing "Jesus Love Me" if they wanted to.
Even if you want to see Christmas as a Christian holiday, "Winter Wonderland" and "Frosty the Snowman" are not religious songs. So, if it's wrong for atheists to sing religious songs, songs like those simply would not qualify.

They have nothing to do with Christmas. They're just about the fun of winter, like Jingle Bells, Sleighride, and Chestnuts Roasting on the Open Fire. Snow, chestnuts, and sleigh bells are for everyone. It's just a little sad that not everyone lives in a snowy climate. Then they have to choose between Christmas carols they don't believe in and winter songs they can't experience. So sad!

Friend,
Atheists have their own FIRM notions. No one says that the change them.
But they are humans with all sensory attractions. So if you like the architecture of a place you go and see it and take a photograph it if you like it.You need not believe in God to visit and temple or a place of worship.
Similarly is a song is melodious and is pleasing to you, even if you do not know the meaning of that song you are free to sing it.There is no bar that Atheists shall not do these things.

I don't know. Is there some religion that worships Frosty? And is Winter Wonderland code for heaven?

Those aren't really Christmas songs in my opinion, those are pretty secular songs meant to be sung by anyone who wants to join in the festive mood which arises this time of year. To me a Christmas song is more of a hymn, like "Hark, the Herald Angels Sing!" or "O, Little Town of Bethlehem". In answer to your question, atheists can sing whatever they want to, it still sounds sweet to hear.

Atheists can sing anything they want , why I would even let them sing "Oh Holy Night" if they wanted to. Just because they don't believe in a loving God doesn't mean they can't break into song, heck they could even dance a little jig if their hearts get light enough.

Last time I checked those songs were related to a season (you know.. summer, autumn, spring type thing) not to a religious holiday.....
But since it's in a season where Christians celebrate a holiday, of course it's wrong! And since Easter is in Spring, they can't have that season either! (I'm rolling my eyes here, just in case you couldn't sense the sarcasm)
Chill out and sing whatever song you want.

Everyone takes things out of context. It is human nature. The same traffic accident observed by 5 different people will have 5 different descriptions. If only we had an omniscient source for truth....
