Im looking for a guy that is fun and has a great personality, I keep on running into the jerks of the world, how do i find the right person for me?

just keep moving forward and eventually you will find the right person

Try finding some nice people to hang out with, and network them to see if they can introduce you to their extended network of friends... they can invite you to their parties and so forth.
http://www.meetup.com has special interest groups in just about every town... and if there isn't something in your area, then start a meetup group.
So what is good for meeting eligible gentlemen...? How about gourmet food... French cuisine... wine-tasting.
Sports?... racquetball... golf... tennis... darts.
How about movies or books? How about profressional associations?
Networking is everything.
Take the time to get to know the guys AS FRIENDS... then allow for transitioning slowly towards romance, while making sure everything is right. Don't move in with a guy until you get the ring and a set wedding date... that way you are not wasting time on a commitment-phobe.

Love and happiness need to be found within yourself first, before they are found externally. If you don't love you, why should anyone else? If you cannot make yourself happy, no one else can.
As for finding a good match for you, go about your life and in time someone groovy will cross your path. The harder you search, the more likely you are to make a poor choice. Make your life the best you can make it, so you'll be having a fabulous time whether you are single or not. âºâ»

let him find you. just stop looking. and when you meet someone, don't go into it with a view to starting a relationship. try getting to know someone. don't consumate it, become intimate. have a good, old fashioned courtship. hands off. we tend to meet guys and damn near jump right into bed with them and then find out they are not right for us and then we gotta go through symptoms of withdrawal complete with crying jags, questioning our judgement, etc., etc., etc. get to know you, what you want, what you like, and what you will or will not accept in a relationship. have some "me" time for a little while. don't get so serious so fast. you find the right person for you by answering these things...i wish you the best

well you have to go through a lot of mr wrongs before you find mr right but all this means is that you should date around so you can have an idea what you like in a guy so when he finally comes around youll know..

The only way you can find out if they are nice or jerks is by knowing them first and talking with them. That way you can weed out the bad apples.
