Everything does have its own energy. I disagree with the above statement (probably well above by now, since my computer's being slow) that psychic energy cannot exist because it can't be measured. The truth is it has yet to be measured, doesn't mean science won't ever make a device that will.

Science is not perfect, even though it will eventually attain all knowledge, theoretically, it doesn't have all knowledge now. So just because something seems wrong or impossible now doesn't mean it is so.

But yeah, all things do have energy that can be manipulated and tapped into.

As far as "tips or tricks," these things take time and training. I'd recommend starting with meditation practices, practicing things like pain suppression (simply poking yourself with something harmless like the corner of a book, or sitting on your hand uncomfortably) is really helpful in application. Get good at it, and you can block pain really well when you need to.

That's my recommended starting point. But really, you'd want to learn magick. If spelled with a "k" it means energy work, the manipulation of spiritual energy to some end.

Hope this helps.

Everything has its own energy. In the body energy $cash$ is ATP. The body spends ATP to make it go, organs work, and the rest is dispensed through our body as heat. ATP is the end all to be all. The body makes ATP through glycolysis, it is a lot of steps. It uses oxygen, phosphate, and, glucose. I think you make only 4 ATP. Those 4 are then turned into even more ATP in the mitochondria. The mitochondria is where the 2 ATP from before is used up, but then it makes NADH2 and FADH2.

Anyway blah blah. Without the things needed to make ATP our bodies would just die and become stiff (regimortis). Everything in the body works because of ATP. It would be neat if scientist knew away to make ATP outside of the body, so that when some ones system is too weak or incapable to make it, ATP can be entered the mitochondria.

Just a thought.

(Edit: I could be wrong on some things about glycolysis and ATP, I am taking it from memory. As always look it up and verify information)

I don't like the term energy as it's used here (it's a bit "new age" to me, as I trained as an engineer) but I do understand what you are talking about. Yes the cycles of the seasons effect me, and so do the actions of others. I think is more to do with Communication between myself and the abstract (and not so abstract) entities which I come into contact with/are part of, my life, than an exchange of energy. If "self"/"I" was complete in itself... Then there'd be no way of communicating with anything outside of it (also have issues with this because of Russel's paradox.) NB I'm an Animist(with a strong hint of Alchemy/Ritual Magician), and feel I can model EVERYTHING I perceive as an entity, and that every entity has an extent/body, and a anima/soul which is what makes it react in the way it does. To perceive an entity requires some kind of communication with it, even if that's just looking at it. You be happy too. --- Urethra Franklin:- a point of Grammar:- If you are "active", and create "the circle of time"/experiences then you are effecting "the circle of time", and your personal energy etc. If you are "passive" and are effected by time/experiences, than it affects you.. I'm yet to make my mind up about whether my environment/perception controls me, or if I control my environment/perceptions. I suppose I'm hedging my bets at the moment, and think it's a bit of both (and it depends what mood/"mode" I'm in) --- For communication to happen there has to be at least two entities (which is why I don't find Pantheism/Monism believable in the slightest). It's also why I know there are entities outside of myself.

Oh girly you are going to have people all over you and I apologize in advance for their rudeness as I have seen it all too many times on all sides. I would tell you not to dabble in soul catching or any type of astro planing or anything you might get something you don't want. As far as an awareness goes some people just use their brains the way we were intended a little better than others and can read the room or feel the emotions of other people. Since I believe the dead no nothing I don't believe they can communicate with us. Whatever it is you are seeking for I hope you truly find it. I suggest you don't count the Creator out though.

Well you wrote it right there. Everything has its own energy and people can tap into it. There are many different ways to do so. To narrow it down to a few tips or tricks would be hard for me. Study magick though, because that would put you in the right direction.

My daughter and family live in Lancaster, California and they have solar panels and generator for electricity as well as a wind powered generator. They also have their own well for water. Much can be done for energy conservation and making use of natural sources for energy. There is currently a bill for energy and the special interests are taking tying to take their piece of the financial provisions (Nuclear energy for example) and as usual the bill will likely do little for developing natural energy. I think it will be up to the individual families to fend for themselves by conserving and purchasing the solar panels an wind generators for themselves.

Everything is energy. Quantum Physics has proven it. Every great scientist throughout history has been an Occultist. Whether Freud and his Kabbalah, or Einstein and his Astral Meditation to get ideas. (And Tesla and Jung and just about every kind of mysticism they could find)

In physics, energy is something that is measurable. Mechanical energy, nuclear energy, etc. are real phenomena with measurable properties. Psychic energy is not measurable and therefore has no existence.

Sounds like Taoism, and the only tricks to it are to not fight against it, sense it and float along with it. The Tao Te Ching is all about the Tao, and it's a short read.

look into reiki.

i believe that all things are interconnected in a web of energy, and we can draw from this energy and direct it at will. using personal energy will drain you, but the universal life force is limitless.
