She always causes trouble for her amusement. She threatens people with sharp objects and eventually hurts them with it. She even puts gross things on people such as snots. Everyone she has hurt or angered would have killed her if she didn't have parents. She does this to everyone even relatives. She makes my family look low class.
If you hurt her she won't stop even if she dies. If your nice she takes advantage of it and hurts you. My parents won't do anything until she gets hurt from me. Shes 11 and so stupid. She hurts people with no emotions and she doesn't have any empathy. After she hurts you she hides with fear not empathy.
What to do?

i think your sister has issues and is ventilating using hateful words and actions....i think all of you as a family should sit down with her and talk to her...ask her what's troubling her...show your concern and your support as a family....tell her that all you want is for her to be happy and that you're there to help her with her problems....but if this is not working, you might want to get professional help from a psychologist/psychiatrist or a counselor.....it is better for you to cut the problem at the bud....do it while she's young and there is still a chance for her to change....it would be more difficult if she's already older and has been exposed to peer pressure...it might make things worse....

Sounds like she needs professional help. She's much too big for this behaviour (I stopped mine doing it before they were 2, let alone rising 12)
Might be worth having a word with her teacher at school to see what she's like there. If it's as bad in school they could/ SHOULD call your parents in for a consultation and involve an educational psychologist.
And/ or you need to keep flattening her, on a regular basis, until you are old enough to leave home. Don't bother wasting your time being nice if it's that obviously wasted on her.

oh boy!~! sound scary well maybe your parents have to talk to her anyone would like her just her parents and they most talk to her and make her think about it maybe she is like that because she wants to be the center of the attention my brothers they are so annoying but they are not like that, but that's not the point maybe she feels she is cool and she looks nice doing does stuffs even just ignore her when she do those stuffs she will stop it because she will think nobody cares no more if people start fighting with her she wont stop it but if she doesn't have anyone to bother she will stop !!

Your sis has issues. I think she likes the attention she gets from you. She needs to bug you to get any attention from you. "Negative attention" is better than no attention. Talk to your parents and have them talk to her pediatrician. She needs to understand it is NOT ok to hurt anyone.
She needs to learn empathy. If not she will grow up to be a cold hearted adult. So not like you!

If all you've said is true, your sister needs
professional help, and fast.
This kind of behavior is a serious symptom in
someone of her age.
Talk to your folks, before she harms some-one
and gets into real trouble.

ohh boy...
umm,....try talking to your parents and ur sisster or just get some help....
if she refuses to do any such just,,,..,,stay away from her or try to keep talking to her..
i hope u take anything that has danger to you or anyone (knifes, forks, ect...needles)
and then sit down and talk to her

if that wont do any good
then KILL her.
she sounds insane.
or get her some counsiling.
she needs serious HELP.
