i love it! i actually gave that out as samples at a grocery store once before i had heard of it and man was it fun asking people if they wanted to try a cheese product i could hardly pronounce. i also like the helluva cheese brand. good stuff!!

Here's a quick and easy cheese ball recipe. Scoop out the Kaukauna cheese spread from it's container and shape into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts or bacon bits and serve with an assortment of crackers.
