ive washed glass,sanded it .nothing seems to work.is there something im suppose to put on glass before i paint it? buz bub.

I am not sure why you are painting the glass part, unless you are drying to dull the glass. Two options - one is to contact glass green house people who paint their glass in summer to keep the plants from roasting - it is a translucent white. How they get it off, I don't know. The other is to go to a good home center or hardware store or to an auto supply store and get a can of high temp engine paint, which typically comes in gray, black, white, and red. It will stand the heat. To encourage sticking, since you have already sanded, wash the surface with warm soap water on cloths, not just spraying, then rinse thoroughly, then use denatured or high percentage (90% or more, not 70%) rubbing acohol to further clean as you do each one. Apply the paint in the temperature range on the can, not too hot or too cold.

It might be better to use metal if you are going to paint it opaque.
