True or false? The jerusalem conference is recorded in Acts 2

Acts 2 is a continuation of, naturally, Acts 1 where the believers were in prayer before the Day of Pentecost. Frankly I don't know if you could call this a conference because the only thing recorded, besides pray, was elect Matthias instead of Joseph Barsabas Justus to take Judas' place as apostle.

But there was another, major, conference in Acts 15, some years later. James presided, Peter brought a report, and Paul and Barnabas told of God's work among the Gentiles. Was this the one you were thinking of?
