No, not really. You see it's all about Einsteins theory of relativity.
Imagine yourself hurtling through space ( say on a planet ) and circling a bright shiny object that's on fire ( we'll call it a Sun ), and imagine that the beings on this planet have set up a system they call 'Time' and that is is dictated by a set of parameters that ....Oh, My God! Is that the time....!
