Yes, he was the main builder of the tabernacle. Exodus 36:8 All the skillful men among those who were performing the work made the tabernacle with ten curtains; of fine twisted linen and blue and purple and scarlet material, with cherubim, the work of a skillful workman, Bezalel made them.

I also know about this master builder. He is an intelligent builder and his buildings are quite innovative. I really appreciate his work.

Yes, his name was Bezaleel and he's mentioned in the book of Exodus. He's mentioned about half-a-dozen times in the Bible. The website http://www.blueletterbible.org will give you all the references to him.
