you know it's not all that hard to tell if a girl knows your likeing on her. do you look at her alot ?
do you talk to her ? usely by your ways it will say more then the words you say.
have you ever heard the old saying talk is cheep action spreaks.
do you know what that means ? if not it means any one can say what ever and it doesn't always matter but it's your action ! that says it all ! do you understand what I mean so really you don't need to say anything! she will know.

1-tell her best friend to talk about it, but no tell her.
2-then act like she is special to u,(buy her something nice, girl like nice things)
3-she will get the picture

I think it all comes down to how you flirt with her. If she can clearly see you are fliting with her, she will get the idea that you like her and maybe make the first move.

best way is physical contact, if u keep touching her arm or messing up her hair, trying to tickle etc just playfully-thats sure to get the message across lol

I would have someone else tell her, buy her a teddy bear and write a note in it saying something special, or just randomly go up to her and kiss her! Good luck!

flirt with her ALOT! try to get her attention but dont be too abnoxious about it. smile alot and look at her alot. stick up 4 her. and be nice to her. but if u dont do that, then just tell her. its easier.
