like if you keep putting various acne treatment on them and using a lot of things for it, will that eventually lead to you having permanent holes on your face. it's hard to explain, but like they look like holes on your face that pimples leave behind.

wash it with pine tar soap. keep your hands off it during the day.
my son has been using pine tar soap for a over two months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

No. The pits and scars left behind are the result of how your skin heals. Acne pimples are sites of bacterial infection, and they damage skin all by themselves. Depending on how much damage is done, you can be left with a scar when it all finally heals. The various acne products are designed to help limit the infection and prevent new ones from forming, so if they do anything, it's something to help spare you from worse scarring or pimples than you have. Unfortunately nothing can work 100 percent of the time, or will prevent all the breakouts. If you have acne that is that sever, you should be seeing a dermatologist and taking prescription strenght treatments to help you skin the most. On the other hand, some of the home-made remedies, like toothpast and crushed aspirin can simply make a pimple worse. If you have been doing that, then you could have actually made things scar when they wouldn't have otherwise. A dermatolgist can do a lot to help remove or reduce the scarring left behind though, and that's probably who you should see at this point.

Don't keep changing treatments often as it will take time to work ,stick to one brand for some time. You can try this natural remedy for your problem. Directly rub potato slices all over the face and wash after 30 minutes , if done regularly helps to get rid of blemishes and pimple scar. You should not be getting any types of holes from acne treatments, but you can get holes if you pick at your skin.

No, the creams and treatments are good for them. If you pop them or mess with them too much, then you get the holes.

if you are having "holes" on your face from acne, you need to see a dermatologist ASAP! over the counter creams won't do much good from serious acne.
