Hum, an interesting question indeed!
I will first of all throw the wand away as I know for sure that the Good Books of God (Koran & Torah) are much more powerful & way too stronger than magic --- only if we know the reality!
Make all the Muslims & Jews realized that religiously we have most of the things in common & there is no good reason to fight over a piece of land that was actually given away by God, All-wise to the House of Israel.
But since the hypocrisy prevails among the followers of God’s Religion so I shall be shown the door.
Good Lord's ways are least comprehendible by men as we have limited understanding to what God All-mighty knows.
God help us both, A'amin.

I would use it to create a fresh start for every human born from this point forward. I would cast a spell that let the children see everything in the light that we see in, before hate, prejudice, religion, greed, blablabla...are imposed upon the human personality. Never, would they make a judgment based upon old thoughts/actions. Every decision would be based upon the inborn right/wrong mechanism.
At the end of that next generation, society would be in a new place. New gods? United Planet? Peace?
I doubt it.We (as a species) are far to competitive to allow it. Infants will battle over a teat.
We are destined to war. It is what we are.
Best to use the wand for a bottomless McDonald's bag, and dancing monkeys.

I will send out all the people who are not real Middle-Easterners and let the real Middle Eastern Jews, Christian and Muslims live in one peaceful country. My rule will be if you hate the Middle East and Middle-Easterners people why should you live in the Middle East. Love is the base of my magic wand.

It would have to be one helluva magic wand to accomplish what hasn't been done in 4,000 years. There will never be peace in the Middle East, as long as the battles and strife are territorial, and hell bent on destruction of the Jews. Only an act of God can do what no magic wand can, and for some unknown reason, He doesn't seem to be in any hurry.
However, the magic wand is a nice idea, as so many daydreams are, but doomed by its own futility.

Oh I'm standing in the middle of a lovely field, (with my wand) and I'm spinning round and round and round. Particles are flying off the wand in a million beautiful bright colors.
The particles are taking away all hate, all anger, all evil, everything that is bad in all this world.

Green eyes: I just see many always point fingers at the arabs first, and im not arab , so i do notice this, both sides need to stop pointing fingers at each other, and look in the mirror , be truthful at whats going on. I'm not saying people are lying but there is alot of denial. To say whats wrong in ones country is not admitting that one hates it. We have to look at whats wrong so we can change it. Thats all. I would send everybody who commit an act of violence against another to a different planet. Let the agressors live on a different planet alone and let us live in peace here.

The first thing I'd do, is get the troops out of Iraq. It's not solving anything. Second, get the traitors out of the Israeli government. Third, create a complete Israeli nation.

I would use it to get the Arab world to stop hating Israel and to accept a democracy, a Jewish democracy, in their midst.
I would create a Palestinian state, alongside Israel, with peace and kindness between the two, and no violence.
I would use the wand to find out what happened to the three young Israeli soldiers who are still missing, so that if they are dead, G-d forbid, at least their parents could give them a proper burial. Please G-d let them be alive, though.

I'd use the wand to make 'Maya' vanish. I can only assume she is a neo-Nazi, since they were the only ones to ever use the term 'Judenstaat' in the way she just has.
