and about the whole 4 star prior enlisted thing, General Tommy Franks was prior enlisted.
To add on to the whole O-10E thing, there isn't such a rank, there is only O-1E, O-2E, and O-3E, then O-4 through O-10 are the same across the board, you just get more because you have more time. (Atleast 4 years enlisted)
