No. He didn't create any on Earth, either.

That's a good question. The bible hints that earth is the only planet he has visited but that doesn't mean he hasn't created life on other planets. I guess he feels that we have enough to worry about as regarding this earth than to start worrying about life on other planets.

No, life of some form may have evolved elsewhere in vast universe, life that would be unrecognizable to us, it may be intelligent, it may not. We are too far from other galaxies to ever travel to them to confirm, stars in our own galaxy may also be to far. With today's technology, we couldn't even send a human to the closest star system, Alpha Centauri, which is actually a triple star system, we do not live long enough to endure the trip, nor do we have the technology to provide sustenance for that long of a journey.

Check out this article on Wikipedia:

Or you might read up on Fred Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe who advocated the concept of Panspermia. I read a book called "Evolution From Outer Space" by Hoyle and Wickramasinghe some years ago, but I think it is pretty hard to find today.
The fact that life exists at all seems pretty miraculous.

We don't know yet. However, I believe that He created everything that is .... heaven and earth, so if ther IS life on other planets, He created it.

Yes.
He also created a large orbiting purple hippopotamus. Unfortunately its not quite large enough to be seen by telescope. Its definitely there though.

Yes. Worlds without number... (or at least humans can't number them, but all things are numbered unto God).

There is no end to his creations. So why not? I don't think it says in the Bible that we are the only humans He ever created.
