Take your dog to a local animal shelter. They will care for him way better then a normal doctor would. The reason why is Private Vets tend to charge more then a animal shelter would. Plus animal shelters get donations from you, by you using their service. You get to keep you wallet big and you donate its the best a person can do that cares for his animals and ones that need help.
Do not by any means try to give the shots your self. You can puncture your dogs vaines and cause more harm then good !

The basics for shots are rabies & distemper. This is going to cost anywhere from $50 to $80 depending on the vet. For my 110 pound dog, the cost was $68. It would be a good idea to get a heart worm test and get started on heart guard to protect against parasites. This will run you an additional $50-$70. As for the food, try a brand called Delifresh. It looks a little like hot dog's for people. You can get it at Petco or some independent pet shops. The most important thing to do is stop hand feeding her! The more you give in to her, the worse her behavior will be. You are rewarding her picky behavior with attention and treats. This teaches her that the more she refuses, the tastier the food she gets. What you are doing is the same as giving a human child a candy bar every time he refused to eat his vegetables. It's backward logic. Here is how you get your dog to eat: 1. Decide what you want to feed her. 2. Put the food in a dog dish on the floor. 3. Give the dog 15 minutes to eat. 4. If the dog refuses, take away the food and do not give her anything at all to eat until the next scheduled meal time. 5. Give the dog back the food she refused earlier. 6. Repeat until she eats. Your dog will eat. Any healthy dog will not starve it's self. You are not depriving your dog, you are teaching your dog to respect you and the things you provide. If she refuses what you give, that's her loss. You still did your job as a pet owner. If she refuses all food for several days, see the vet. There is likely an underlying medical problem. Right now, she has you wrapped around her little paw!

Depends on if you do it yourself, or go to the vet. If you're talking about pup vaccinations for parvo etc. then you can go to a feed store and pick them up anywhere between $5-$10. Just keep in mind if you do t yourself to keep the shot cold until given to the pup. People make the mistake of letting the shot get warm, which in that case giving it to the dog has no point and will be ineffective. If you go to the vet, I would just have them do a check up as well, which with the shot and check up it would be around $25-$30, maybe more, maybe less. Call your vets aroudn you and find out their prices. Also ask friends in that area to make sure the are a good vet clinic.

Depends on the vet. Rabies are around $12, DHP shots are around $20. Of course, then you have the office visit charge - anywhere from $25-45 a visit. If you can find a rabies clinic in your area, the rabies shots would be around $5-$8.

Depends on where you live. I have heard that some places in the states have shelters where you can get all three rounds of shots for about $30. Where I am in Northern Ontario, for the three rounds of the three main shots, it can be close to $60 per visit just to see the vet and then another $20 per visit for the vaccinations.
You can also, if you have a puppy, check out if your vet has a "puppy package". My vet was able to do a spay, shots, microchip, check ups, etc for only $475 (which is cheap up here).

It depends on the veterinarian.
My vet for puppy shots were $25 each, and rabies shots are $35 a year. Other vets charge less, but I trust my vet the most.
Call around and get some ideas. :)
