I washed my camera?

It's a $450 camera, would it be worthwhile getting it fixed or not much cheaper than getting another one

You now have a very clean paperweight. The water alone would have killed it. There is probably internal damage from the agitation and spin cycle of the washer.

You may begin shopping for a new camera.
