My Sister in law is a top stylist in Essex and says it doesn't really matter what quality of shampoo used, just shampoo and rinse twice but it is the quality of the conditioner that is important and to comb it through with a wide tooth comb, leave for 1-2 mins and rinse again. Should only take 10 mins max.

No!! A dollop of shampoo the size of half her palm should do the job!
I have long hair and I wash it in 2 minutes and then put conditioner on it and leave it in for 3 minutes before rinsing.

what is she , a werewolf? LOL! It doesn't take that much shampoo to wash your hair. When my hair was really long , I only used two, and its really, really thick. Perhaps she has a thing with dirt, kind of an OCD? Anyway, its not going to make her hair fall out. Its just a major waste!

What? Good heavens, she's the reason why we have water shortages. Let her know she's wrecking her hair and wasting water and shampoo. What is she trying to wash out anyway?
