I am no vet, and there is a reason cats and dogs have different foods so I suggest putting the cat food on a pedastel or something out of the dogs reach that a cat can still jump up to, or you can correct the bad behavior (eating the cat food in this case) by removing the dog from the food whenever she advances toward it and placing her next to her food.
