The first celery stalk is placed in a 25C solution dye.(water and food coluring)
The second celery stalk is placed in a 10C solution dye. (water and food colouring)
The third celery stalk is placed in a 40C solution dye.( water and food coluring)

What do you think would happen to each one of them.

Hi. They will all absorb water and the dye. I would guess that 40C is too hot to sustain the life of the cells, an 10C would be so cool that the absorption would slow. The 25C solution should be the the right porridge temperature. (Goldylocks theorem.)
