I dont have ballastics gel. Something at home, like a fruit or plastic or something.

My first thought was animal flesh. You need to determine in what ways it needs to be similar before it is chosen. Similar in chemical make up? Similar in color? Similar in size? Similar in hardness? What are your requirements?
