what harmful effects are there to drinking (chugging) 1L of eggnog?

yeah after about 10hours i killed the bathroom like 5 times...lesson learned don't drink 1L of eggnog

I wouldn't do it on a bet even! Why would you want to? I think it will probably make you a little sick to your stomach, but hey, whatever trips your trigger my friend! :-)
