foot pain after stepping on something?

stepped on a color pencil when i was 20 now im 27.. had several surgeries and doctor said he got everything.. but my thing is i get tingling sensation and throbbing in that area.. any idea what it could be? Im a little scared to go back to the doctor..more nerveous

The tingling sensation and throbbing could be an indicator of a problem with the nerves in your foot and leg. I know you are nervous about going back to the doctor and that is understandable but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
