Yeah it is, even if she doesn't feel the same she'l still appreciate hearing it and don't worry i highly doubt it will be odd or anything...i mean if a girl told you she like you how would you feel?! and most times are a good time to hear that someone likes you so don't worry!!!! Good luck!x

i did it the other way around cause i'm a girl and it turns out the guy didn't like me but i just laughed it off and honestly think it's funny now. i wish he'd liked me but im over it. better to get it out there.

of course it is a good idea. even if she dosent like you back . you will feel alot better knowing that she already knows. and who knows maybe she will walk up to you later and ask you out ?
