I was pulled over a couple weeks ago in Missouri for going 98 in a 70 mph zone. My license is intermediate and it was 5:09 A.M in the morning. I know I will be receiving community service hours and a driving class, but could I also receive a bigger punishment? I.E jail for two days, or license suspended for a year? Also Curfew in Missouri is 1:00 A.m. to 5:00 A.M. in the morning. And the only offense listed on my ticket was exceeding posted speed limit.

You're an idiot for going 98 mph in the first place. Never mind suspension, jail, fine or community service - they should revoke your license alltogether. One less jackass on the road.

I am wondering how old you are? You need to ask if they offer a driving class of any kind to take and get that off your record. You are lucky he did not drug you to jail right then. My advice--be humble in that courtroom and address Judge with respect. Most states have the driving classes you can take to knock the ticket off your record. Your insurance could be affected.

Say "bye-bye" to your drivers license....and...let this be a lesson to you.

Driving 98 miles per hour is endangering yourself and, most important, those innocent people around you.

I hope you don't get another license until you grow up.

It's amazing that you did not kill yourself or someone else for that stupid crime. You play, you pay. Now, slow your butt down junior!
