Murder, because thats like a twin killing a twin; they're still two different people on the inside, although they're practically clones on the outside.

There are no human clones. There are no laws on the matter. But if there were human clones, I would say they are just as human as anyone else, and so killing them would be murder. It would be like killing your twin. That's against the law.
