Murder, because thats like a twin killing a twin; they're still two different people on the inside, although they're practically clones on the outside.

There are no human clones. There are no laws on the matter. But if there were human clones, I would say they are just as human as anyone else, and so killing them would be murder. It would be like killing your twin. That's against the law.

Its murder, because a clone is nothing more than a delayed twin. It is a completely separate human being.

A clone is biologically one's son or daughter, not yourself, so It would be murder.

Hahaha tricky. It could be both...but I think it's more of murder because you are still alive after you kill your clone.
