If you were here first and its your clone, not you being a clone of the one you are murdering, then It's suicide since you have more of the right to life. Being what the clone was modeled on. Its just a copy of you.

If a person kills any other living being then it is murder. Although the clone may be the exact same person, the person and their clone are two separate breathing beings.
Are you thinking about killing your clone?

The clone would have an independant stream of consciousness.
Contrary to popular science fiction, a clone would not appear to be the same age (unless done near conception, such as naturally occurs with identical twins), nor would it have the memories of the original.

It is currently impossible to clone a human being, but if it were possible, it would be murder. You are not killing yourself, you are killing your clone, which is a different person.

it would be homicide, a clone may be a guy or woman, they do no longer in elementary terms come out of the oven comparable to the place they have been cloned from. Dolly the sheep is a sheep, no longer a... non-sheep. Doesth she no longer have wool, doesth she no longer say bah- bah- bah?
