How do we know they couldn't do IVF? Um, we study? I strongly suggest you learn the basics of medical history. And I do mean the basics. Yikes.
A miracle is something that cannot be accomplished phsyically. 2000 years ago a virgin birth could not be accomplished physically.
Also, if you're accepting the Bible's word that Mary was a virgin, why aren't you accepting the Bible's word that Mary was impregnated by God? That's the real miracle of the story.

Mary can not have been born of a Virgin or without sin or the Bible might contradict its self. the only way for Jesus to be without sin is being God as each physique fall in need of God and everybody in need of God does no longer have been in a position to be sacrificed in this form of way. additionally as for you do not have faith the recent testomony of The Bible is precise, if the physique controlling the Bible believers had the capacity and desire to take action they does no longer enable the Bible to assert we ought to proceed to worship on Saturday and that the circulate is an idol and we ought to save God's seven forms of feasts of thrice which in basic terms shows their falsehood
