Personally, Batman is way cooler than Superman. (By far.) Superman is such a friggin' pansy. OF COURSE Batman has some kryptonite lying around... I mean, he's BATMAN for cryin' out loud! He is ALWAYS prepared. Always.
It would be an excellent match... with Superman's super human speed and all. But Superman is all bronze- Batman, my friend, is all brains. And brains will probably win.

Batman. Everyone who said Superman doesn't realize how far ahead Batman plans. He has had kryptonite on hand for as long as he's known Superman just in case Superman went rogue.

I don't know, but I'd lean more towards Batman. He seems like the type to get all ghetto on Superman with a broken glass bottle or something. Superman is kind of a pansy, with his red tights and oiled hair. Definitely Batman. I like the dark brooding type. I don't really think he ever cared about dying. He just goes for it. :P

I don't understand how Batman could possibly win, save with the use of kryptonite (at which point, I could not possibly imagine Superman winning, unless he decided to just fly up above him and fire lazer eyes at him the entire time...).
Honestly, though, I would want Batman to win, just because it is more entertaining to watch an ordinary man with extraordinary cleverness successfully take on man-god than to see that same man-god standing completely unphased by his puny attacks, and winning without breaking a sweat..

EDIT i have been reading comic books since the 90s batman does have kryptonite and batman has beaten superman on a few occasions and batman also single handedly took out the justice league wonder woman flash green lantern all of them on his own
