I thought the war in Iraq/Afghanistan was being perpetrated by the non-religious gov. of the US.
How is it, that a non-Christian government is only religious when you want to refer to the wars being promulgated by the government, not the religion?
Your candor in the form of such ignorance betrays the atheists for what they truly are. Cherry pickers.
There is no religion that foisted the current US assaults in Iraq/Afghanistan other than the government.
DOH!
Even the ever hated Westboro Church has taken a stand against these wars, yet you lyingly say that it is the fault of Christians that YOUR elected officials have instigated these wars!
You know Forrest Gump said it best when he said "Stupid is, as stupid does."
Lars-rhymes with SARS!
(Your beloved ACLU ensures the separation of church and state, so in my opinion, these wars are YOUR fault).

Ever notice how people outside of Christianity and Islam say bad things about these two religions?
They have by no means cornered the market on saying horrible things. I mean, seriously.
Speaking of deaths: Check out Mao, Pol Pot and Stalin. Not a Christian nor a Muslim in the group and how many millions upon millions died while they executed their will and power?

I think on this site there are many people saying horrible things about each other. It is a humane trait to bash things you do not understand and no one is exempt.. Christians believe that Jesus is alive today in Heaven and knows exactly what is going on.

I don't say horrible things about those outside my religion because what they do in their beliefs is none of my business. It is between them and God. I will share my beliefs if I am asked or if someone wants to know, but I don't condemn groups of other people.
I do however have problems with some religions (not the people) inside Christianity because they are giving God a bad name. I have a problem with some individuals because they are giving God a bad name. I believe they are being led by Satan. What better way to discredit God than to plant people who "Claim" to be followers and then have them behave badly. What better way to discredit God than to plant false idea's and doctrines into His religion?

Jesus would only cry with laughter, because he himself lived and died a practising Jew, and of course Christianity developed decades after the Romans killed him. Jesus would howl with laughter at the way he has been deified; he was just a young, Jewish radical and if he started anything, it is Reform Judaism.
As for your actual question, I tend to agree. Jews aren't allowed to say spiteful things or gossip; it's 'lashon hara' and discouraged heavily.

I have met rude Christians, but I have never met a rude Muslim, by far the nicest people I've ever met, and I've had Buddhist, Hindu, and Jewish friends.
I agree with the Jesus comment by the way.

thats religion for ya, they're mostly trying to get power from people. and that's very true "If Jesus could see what you've done with this thing called Christianity, I think he would cry", he would also cry about how misunderstood we all are.

Their religions cause that type of "convert or die" mentality. It's right there in their Bible/Quran. Judaism is the only Abrahamic religion to not breed hatred for nonbelievers.

I've never said any horrible things about people outside my faith except for extremists.
I just say that the individuals involved in these various faiths are simply misguided.
