I can see why they ignored you.If you want to get a job try speaking respectfully and like a human being, learn some basic grammar, and don't cuss constantly, it's not cool it's just plain annoying.

I know of no one who performs rhinoplasty for free. Most insurance companies don't pay for it either, unless it is done as a medical procedure, like if you're in a serious accident and reconstructing your nose is necessary for you to breathe properly, but not for strictly cosmetic reasons. Also, I agree with the person who admonished you to be respectful to people and not use profanity. That's an automatic turn-off, and shows a lack of social skills and propriety. Getting back to the nose job, why not get a job if you don't have one, or if you do, save your money until you have enough for the surgery. Good luck!

Well, I really hope you didn't talk like a tool when you went in to hand in an application! You could always try doing your own nose job at home with some plyers and a butter knife, because you sound like one smart cookie. ;p
