I explain that it is historic, was once at the American frontier, had 4 signers of the Declaration of Independence, is home to a successful liberal arts college and law school, county seat, sits in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania, is still a bit rural, has a few Amish farmers, hosts the US Army War College, was shot up the day before the tragic Battle of Gettysburg, and that it was such a great place to be raised that many of us are planning to return there in retirement. Unfortunately it just got its first Starbucks, but we are trying to ignore that...

I live in a very small town which very few people have ever heard off. I just tell them the Two exits off the highway for my town.

It's a small industrial town plenty of factories not enough shops half of it is decent full of working class people the half has been left to get run down, it's nothing much but it's home to me
