Where is the logic in calling someone who is against illegal immigration a racist?

Based on ones position on illegal immigration there is no logic in it. It is nothing more than a way to draw attention from the fact that there is no logical way to counter that persons position on immigration. Usually only the weakest of minds will resort to calling a person a racist for wanting to live in a country free of illegal aliens. The harm done by intentionally mis-using such a claim is felt by those who are actually suffering from racism and will now have their voice muffled by arrogant people who are not fighting the noble battle against racism but rather promoting an agenda based on ethnicity which is and of itself a racist action.

1. Your straw man argument holds no validity. But here's a fact for you. It's the Mexican hate organizations like la raza, fist, mecha etc that promote and exploit the ignorant uneducated mexican's whom they steal money from when they bring them across the border. Further it is the selfsame mexican's that threaten violence and cower in fear when that bluff is called. Therefore the 'ethnicity' (It's not a race as much as you keep hoping for that to change it's just not true) and nationality of a Mexican becomes the issue in immigration because that is the face YOUR community has put on it. To call attention to illegal activity in a manner that inflames the populace would certainly fit the definition of ignorance so here on fact one you seem ignorant and probably shouldn't have posted.

2. Again your ignorance and lack of knowledge is staggering. During the 1500's (about the time spain was rethinking mexico and the bastard peasant class they had created) the NE American tribes granted lands to British and German settlers in exchange for the elimination of the French who had been raping and destroying tribes at will. This grant created a 'legal' foot hold in the United States which means that unlike the criminals you fail miserably to defend most of us arrived here legally and eventually made the most of the lands and created a nation (unlike the cesspool that is mexico after the Spanish left). Further, your pedantic and ill-informed argument fails because once the nation was established and laws enacted anyone who arrived here post-establishment and did so under the rule of law is therefore not illegal by definition. Finally, this nation is a nation formed as a democracy that means that the will of the majority (read citizenry so that again leaves out the criminal infiltrators) rules the day not special interests. This nation will no longer tolerate such actions and has said so firmly to those that represent us in Washington and defeated the bills which sought to bring down this noble nation. So again you fail.

3. You ignorantly claim that race is a factor and nothing else. Again this argument fails in substance (i.e. it lacks any) and displays your ignorance on the matter. Just a few moments of research and you'd see that hospitals close because they are forced to deal with the criminal scum utilizing emergency rooms as a GP's office. You would see that the tax burden their anchor babies (la raza and mecha's term not mine) place on the welfare, food stamp and other services costs citizen's billions annually. This is the reason we want it solved nothing more. Any claim that the bill that was in congress would do anything to alleviate the problem is a lie from an ignorant person who is unable to see the full picture. The average household for illegals is 6.2 and if you figure 5000 dollars per head which is what shamnesty claimed then you are left with a 31,000 burden per family. If the families had that cash on hand then they could have entered this country legally and it would be a non-issue.

4. Finally you were stupid enough to ask for an answer. It's simple, sort of like refuting your argument here. Heavily fine ANY employer, housing provider or individual who: hires, colludes with, or provides shelter to any illegal immigrant in this country. That will solve the first problem since the remaining choice would be return to where they came from or be broke and homeless. Establish manufacturing and agricultural penal facility's that will create and sell a product that will be used to reimburse the American people by the criminals who have disregarded this nations laws for so long. Finally, we eliminate welfare all together. By creating work farms where individuals who are currently welfare recipients can do the jobs that people like you claim in ignorance no one will do, for a reasonable fee vs. the small pittance paid to illegal's off the books. This would fix 3 of our nations largest problem and with the working welfare recipients we would be able to add in that much more to our budget.

So to tally it up, you are um… what's that word again? Oh yea WRONG.

As for the logic. There is not any, but then with the pro's there never has been. They scream racist because they have no real argument.

No it is illogical. Illegal immigration and racism does not always relate.

If you are anti-immigration (legal and illegal) because you are worried that White will become minority, then yes, you are racist.

If you are anti-illegal-immigration because of the principle that these people should not be here and allowed benefits AFTER breaking a US immigration law, then no you are not racist.

If you dislike or hate Hispanic (or Asian to a lesser extent) because they make up a large part of current legal immigration as well as illegal immigration, then Yes, you are a racist.

So the bottom line is you can be against illegal immigration without hating Hispanics or Mexican or giving any regard to race. Illegal is illegal, it doesn't matter what race they belong to.

There is no logic in what you say. Illegals are not just of one particular ethnic group but rather from all around the world. Being against "illegal" immigration is certainly not racist. Even being against all immigration would not be racist, but perhaps more isolationist.

There is no logic in that. But it is racist to expect some people to be above the law because of their race. That's something that many people don't get. Why should someone have to give preference to any particular race to prove a lack of racism? Isn't that the definition of racism? It would certainly be viewed that way if the preference were given to whites. I see no reason to ignore our immigration laws just because the majority of illegals are hispanic.

there isnt any. its one thing to say that saying mexicans steal is racist but its another thing to say that they cant do illegal things is racist. if a white person robbed a bank (which is illegal) they wouldnt call it racist when he is arrested. but if a mexican illegally jumps the border (which is also illegal) they say we are racist because we arrest him where is the sense in that. we are trying to prevent them from stealing jobs from people and from doing illegal things. it is illegal for a white american citizen to travel to canada and try to be a citizen but if one did it and got arrested, noone would thing anything of it and they would think well good he deserves it it doesnt make sense.

EDIT: apparently mr.taco doesnt realize that they are causing a problem. they are taking jobs away from HONEST hard working americans being of all races. and they arent paying taxes that it the number one problem. esentially they are stealing form america and everyone in it. and shouldnt all the mexicans want to be here legally anyway i mean getting payed 25 cents an hour isnt that great and its basically slavery so they should be upset about it but oh wait they cant be because they are illegal and dont have rights. but if they would just come here legally they would obtain rights one of which being that they would get paid minimum wage it would be in their best interes to come here legally but i guess that the steriotype that they are lazy is proving to be true because apparently they are too lazy to follow through on actaully becoming a citizen.
