18 without parental permission.

it varies from state to state
In the United States, all but one state requires that a couple be 18 in order to marry without parental permission.
Nebraska sets the age of majority at 19. Although a few states will waive this requirement if there is a pregnancy, teenage couples may still have to have court approval.
Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland and Oklahoma allow pregnant teens or teens who have already had a child to get married without parental consent. In Florida, Kentucky, and Oklahoma, a teenage couple must have permission from a court. Maryland and Georgia require that the minor (teen) be at least 16.

Even with parental approval, many states require court approval when a person is 16 years old or less.

The law in most instances is 18 years old without parental permission.

In my opinion you should be older. You need to be mature enough to really know what the commitment and love is about; be able to live and support yourself independently; know what you are looking for in a life partner; be settled into a career and be done with being single forever.
