Yes - you can take it from home, to the vet. By the time your cat is actually exhibiting signs of dental pain, it's severe. There should be emergency vets within driving distance of you unless you live in Siberia or something.

The only human toothache remedies involve rubbing stuff on the gum - is your cat going to let you do this? Do not feed your cat any medication whatsoever. Take to a vet.

There is no human "remedy" for a toothache except going to the dentist to find out what is going on.

Anything topical would just be masking pain and result in delaying seeking proper professional diagnosis.
