My son was born on 10/02/07, we live in pennsylvania. Will i be able to claim him on taxes????

If you have lived with the child since his birth, you are yourself not a qualifying child of someone else, and you cannot be claimed as a dependent, then he is your qualifying child and you can claim him as your dependent.
