Begin attending an orthodox synagogue and seek the counsel of the Rabbi there.
You will likely have to approach the Rabbi numerous times, as Judaism does not in general seek or even so much 'trust' conversion. According to Judaism, the goyim who fulfills the Noahide requirements out of a love of G-D has as much a share in the World to Come (Olam Haba) as a Jew who fulfills the mitzvot. As such, conversion is not 'required'.
I would not convert via a Reform or Conservative synagogue. While I hold nothing against these or any other sect of Judaism (I'm an atheist, after all, but love Jewish culture, philosophy, and religion), such a conversion may not be considered valid for certain Jewish considerations.

I'm not sure why the first few answerers felt the need to be so nasty, but anyway...
You need to speak with a Rabbi. Be advised that Jews are not actually forbidden to try and convert others, and we are not meant to encourage conversion either; this is to test the sincerity of the person seeking to change faiths.
Once you find a Rabbi who will help you, you then have to study and also experience all the Jewish festivals once, so realistically, you're looking at around a year until you can complete the conversion.
Meanwhile, I would strongly suggest you check out these sites if you are considering conversion to Judaism.
http://www.whatjewsbelieve.org/
http://www.jewsforjudaism.com
These sites are really interesting and they explain the differences between Judaism and Christianity. Many Christians claim that the two religions are 'linked' and similar - they are not.
There are also some good books you might find helpful, for example 'This Is My G-d' by Herman Wouk.
And for a really colourful and emotive look at some of the issues involved with being Jewish, then the wonderful novel 'Exodus' by Leon Uris is a must read!
Good luck!
note: some of the other answerers are correct; traditionally a Rabbi will turn a potential convert away three times before agreeing to help. Again, this is just to test sincerity :)
EDIT TO XODANCIN
Sorry, but you are wrong: anyone can convert to Judaism. Look in the bible ('old' testament) - Ruth was a convert. In fact, in the Talmud it states that converts hold a special place in G-d heart, because they choose Judaism consciously rather than simply being born into it.

You must be interviewed and instructed by a rabbi. Depending on what division of Judaism the rabbi belongs to ( Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, Reconstructionist ), the requirements differ but all involve profession of sincerity, education and, finally, participation in a mikvah ( ritual cleansing ).
If male, circumscision is required and, if already circumcised, a formalistic one.
Once converted, there is no word for "convert" and you are treated as one who has always been a full member of the community/religion/peoplehood. It should be said, however, that the Orthodox do not recognize as valid conversions done by other rabbis.

Contact a rabbi and start learning!
Rabbi Hillel was asked by a non-Jew if he could teach him the entire Torah while standing on one foot. Hillel answered, "What is hateful to you, do not do unto others. This is the whole Torah; the rest is commentary. Go study it further!"
Here's some books to get you started...
"Judaism for Everyone" by Rabbi Shmuley Boteach
"The Complete Idiot's Guide to Understanding Judaism" by Rabbi Benjamin Blech
"This is My God" by Herman Wouk

you cant really convert into Judiasim because Judaism. Judaism is a people. You are born Jewish. Christanity is a faith. Any one can choose to be Christian if they belive.
