Oh, yes, as Fox News told you, I fly into a rage and immediately call my lawyer and the ACLU. And then I go help an illegal alien who doesn't speak English to avoid the Border Patrol, and then I try to convert children to homosexuality or LSD use.
Yup, Fox News really nailed us liberals when it exposed our "War on Christmas" last year.

If the person knows that I am Jewish then I would appreciate the consideration that they would show by wishing me a Happy Hannukah". If they don't know what I celebrate then I would appreciate it if they said "Happy Holidays".
By saying "Merry Christmas" they are assuming that I am just like them and that I believe just like they believe. I don't lose sleep over it but I don't really respect the people who do it.

No, I love it. Christmas is the most infectiously happy time of year and I do my best to enjoy it as much as I can.

I'm sure when people say that they don't mean anything derogatory. It's a sort of wishing someone well. It doesn't bother me at all.

No, It doesn't bother me at all. I even use the phrase myself.
Christmas is pretty much a secular holiday. I hope everyone enjoys the day off.

Yes, because I HATE the holidays, but it doesn't really have much to do with religion, I just don't like them.
