Obviously the person does not want an answer to their e-mail to you or they would allow e-mail. It is one of the problems with allowing others to block their e-mail. They can send to you, but you may not be able to reply back.
You could find a question that they asked and post your reply there but if you do, it is possible you will be reported for a violation of Y!A. and you might loose points.

Well... If they have asked you a question and they know you respond thru email or they read email on a regular basis then they will read your answer but may not let you know that they have.. they most you can do is answer and after that the rest is up to them... So answer and leave it at that the ball is in their court now you have passed it successfully and if they choose not to answer or let you know they have read it then oh well... :)
