It just I have interview with them soon. I did had phone interview already he asked me about the company what I know I said its a placement company that provides temporary and permanent position and there well know and growing. I could tell he was not impressed by my answer then he asked about my experience I gave him over view and said I have experience is customer service, sales, and collection but didn't speak in detail I feel I have ruin my chances. When I asked if he had more question for me he was like when you meet for interview maybe sure you look at website about are company and he will ask few question I need to answer in detail.

what is your basic qualification??? do u know anything about the pay that they are offering you??
coz the job is sick....
the job is like this...as a recruiter .....ull get the candidates requirement from a client( say some it company) he will specify...what type of candidate he wants(like qualification, technology, experience etc etc) the ull have to search for such candidates in net thru some job portals like naukri.com, jobs ahead.cm etc..and after u find a suitable guy u need to call them and ask him..if he is interested in a job change...if he say yes..then u need to schedule his interview to yr client...if he gets selected then your company will get a commission based on the candidate's pay....
ull have a target on the no. people u rope in...
and the pay will be peanut ..believe me..they will not pay u more than 10k even if u are an experienced guy...
my suggestion wold be continue with your sales or customer relationship executive career....
ull have better chances in call centers...

I heard of em. I even had an interview with them. I went to the Old Town Alexandria office. They are a temporary agency that does some temp to perm and occassional permanent placement. I was not impressed. I had the interview and took all the placement tests, but, they did not call me for any assignments. Complete waste of my time. Hope it works out for you though

Yes, they are a staffing and placement company. They can help you find a job. When you visit them, you should have a good resume ready and a list of questions to ask. Also, maybe a list of companies in your area that you would like to work for.
They may ask you: Where have you worked? What kind of job do you want? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What would the last manager that you worked for say about you?
