Yes one can develop more than one birthmark.

Sure you can. If you can have 1 why not another or 10 others for that matter?
Of course this assumes you've had them since birth. If you suddenly started developing marks on your body you didn't have before (other than freckles) it might be a sign of something. You'd want to have a doctor look at it.

Yes I have them on both sides of both thighs.
And on my ankle

yupers...i have one on my cheast that looks like a bruse(been there for years!) and my arms have some color marks

yes you can have many but any change in shape ,size color,diameter go check it out with a doctor....maybe cancer related......
