Okay, ever since I started the tennis running drills (2miles), all running by the way-I noticed that my thighs are feeling sore (obvious i know), but theres another thing. My legs are kinda, and when I pinch ANYWHERE on my leg, there is NO Pinch-able fat AT ALL. It's just hard, any explanations? Is there anything wrong, what should I do?

its because you're using your legs alot. so they are becoming more muscular. so all of the fat that you used to have is muscle now. hope i helped! =]

your complaining because you have no fat on your legs...i would think that running would cause this and im sure it is not a bad thing...but you might have tooo tone of muscles...check it out and see if there is anything the doc can tell you that is worrisom to you if not i would be greatful for tone legs

You just have a huge muscle mass. Which means your in shape.

nothing is wrong with your legs! you just have really thin legs! my legs are like that 2! lol i think that you are just tryna brag about how thin your legs are
