They gather together into the Lord's name each week. The spend time loving the Lord with psalms hymn and spiritual songs around the Lord's table as they declare His death and remember His Person with all His attainments. Each one has a song so there is not " song leaders" taking away that function. If you enjoyed a hymn during the week or song you are free to share it. They break the bread and drink the wine in simplicity of heart and in oneness. Prayer is mixed in with praise to the Lord. They worship the Father for His great plan of salvation in sending His Son. The word is not shared by only one but by all the members. They feed on the word together all week long and each one functions to prepare a small portion to bring to this spirtual feast. After the spuritual eating they meet afterward to enjoy a meal and more fellowship. What do you think of this way of believers meeting together as the church?
Please share your honest feeling.

Brother Cpzee I absolutely agree with you in this respect. There are brothers who serve in this capacity. They are not " leaders" but serve and function as elders. But NOTE well that I said" function' .. this is not an OFFICE or a POSITION.
In Christ we are all " the many bretheren"
In the Body there is only One head. And the function of an elder should in no way nullify the function of another brother or sister.
Elders are not there to be as the Nicolaitans as seen in Rev 2.. they are there to serve and care for the saints. To be a part of the One Ministry...The New Testament Ministry. In the Church there is truly only one ministry.. and this is to Minister Christ to eachother for the Growth of the Body and unto the Building up of itself in Love.
Ty brother for this balance put forward in your answer..

It sounds like a blessed place and if you grown in grace and in knowledge of the Lord then I say great. As long as God's Spirt is free to mover there and not man's. It truly sounds like the book of Acts and is idealic. God bless yuo all for finding such a place.

The only caustion is if you find something amiss and it is not right. You should bring it to the people's attention. If it is not corrected spirtual rotteness will surely come in and ruin this place of worship.

I am glad you have this place and these people with whom to worship. You are blessed.

The times and places where I have had genuine, open fellowship with believers are precious memories to me. I was lead to the Lord in 1971 during a time of revival in America. The believers were a free-spirited bunch and it was a wonderful introduction to the faith. I don't have anything quite like it today and worship in a place I would rather not be; I stay for my husband's sake. He grew up in this particular denomination and I grew up without anything. I would love to again be a part of something where the Holy Spirit was free to move and do whatever was in the mind of God. I believe I will experience this again, I'm just not sure when.

I hope you and the believers with you will grow deep in your faith together!!!

A sister after my own heart! Now don't you see why I wanted to be neighbors! I am deeply grieved to not be able to experience this kind of fellowship with others, that I so desperately long for. I can't even seem to get my neighbors to answer just regular friendship phone calls! It's the reason I went in search for the 'Spiritual kingdom of God'. I'm just about convinced that the love and fellowship that I long for, can only be found there! Tearfully, Rose

All of that is great but there has to be a leader! There must be a Shepherd, an overseer....One responsible, it's order. God has Always had a leader, a prophet, a king, a judge, someone for the congregation to follow
